Does the price include Insurance?Yes! We have fully comprehensive fleet cover that covers any named drivers to drive our vans. Make sure you name all potential drivers on your application!

Do you take a deposit?Yes, we hold a £500 deposit that is fully refundable upon return of the van.

What if I do have an accident in the Van?Our excess is £1000 for all insurance claims / accidents. We offer excess protection also for a small extra fee to give you peace of mind if you did have an accident that you will not pay the excess!

Can I pay for my own van damages not through insurance?Yes! All work must be carried out by one of our authorised suppliers. We will always try not to go through insurance if the damage is less than £1000. We can also offer weekly or monthly repayments for any damage costs.

Do you supply Tyres for long term rentals?Yes, we will supply 4 tyres a year for long term renters for general wear and tear.

Who pays for maintenance and servicing for long term rent?We will pay for maintenance and servicing for all general wear and tear issues. We may charge if it is advised by our preferred suppliers that the damage is caused due to driver error or neglect. (This is very rare!)
